Rim Rock Cafe

 I’ve been wanting to make dinner plans with friends of mine for a while, so when I saw the Spring Menu special at the Rim Rock Cafe in Whistler, I knew it was the perfect opportunity for a night out. We arrived a little early for our reservations and were seated right away without hesitation. Our server was professional, knowledgeable and made the experience a memorable one before our food even arrived. The few times I’ve been able to enjoy dinner here, I have always been amazed with the outstanding service. The food could speak for itself. The flavours are powerful and decadent without being overwhelming. Every course is delicious and beautifully prepared.  My friends were equally impressed with all four courses. The menu has a great selection of choices that appeal to many different preferences. I have yet to be disappointed and highly doubt I ever will be. You can enjoy this special any day of the week and it runs until June 27th, so you better hurry and make reservations fast!  Four course dinner for $41, you dont want to miss this deal.

 Seafood Antipasto for One – chefs selection of chilled, smoked & marinated seafoods



 Seared Scallop & Roasted Pork Belly – with an ancho chili sauce, pickled shallots & cilantro oil



 Monterey Calamari – sea salt & pepper sprinkled, pan sautéed served with hummus & olives 



 Duck ” Two Ways “ – confit of Duck leg and sliced Duck breast, chorizo and bacon rosti with mustard demi glace


 Filet Mignon – Filet of Beef with choice of peppercorn sauce, herb butter or gorgonzola butter
